Όταν φέρνουμε την ψυχή μας στην επιφάνεια μας βοηθά να ενωθούμε με τον πραγματικό μας σκοπό, τι ήρθαμε να κάνουμε σ' αυτή την ενσάρκωση!
Και είμαστε πιο κοντά στη φύση μας να βοηθούμε τους άλλους και την ανθρωπότητα!

A love letter to my dearest coach!!! 
As I have learned, we can only compare our self with our self from yesterday. I must proudly say Wow! 
Dear Annie, last year on this exact day, I was in bed ALL day long, not knowing the meaning of life anymore, no passion, full of fears of the unknown, I had even slapped my self 😱 to bring me back to my senses as I didn't know that I should love myself, hug me, kiss me and say all beautiful affirmations!
All those lovely books u let me read, all ur support, all ur lessons and help, ur patience, ur amazing knowledge and my WILL and consistence have brought me today here where it's beautiful! A place of balance harmony passion love relaxation! I can enjoy all nice wonderful things life offers to us! I am wearing pink sunglasses which I have created with my brain and not alcohol!!! Annie mu thank u sooooooooOoooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOO much! I love u!

Mental muscles


Think of going to the gym!
You go the first time and you see someone lifting 50kg weights and you say 'I can't do that!'. And you are right, because you don't have the muscles for lifting that weight!
If you continue to go to the gym, though, you will eventually build the muscles to be able to lift that weight!
It is the same with 'mental' muscles. We need to practice every day to build these muscles (a different attitude towards life!) and when we are strong enough, we can deal with any situation in our life without falling apart!

Σκέψου την ιδέα να πηγαίνεις σε γυμναστήριο!
Όταν πας την πρώτη φορά και δεις κάποιον να σηκώνει ένα βάρος 50 κιλών, λες 'εγώ αποκλείεται να μπορέσω'! Και έχεις δίκιο, γιατί δεν έχεις αποκτήσει τους μυς για να μπορείς να σηκώσεις αυτό το βάρος!
Αν συνεχίσεις να πηγαίνεις στο γυμναστήριο, κάποια στιγμή θ' αποκτήσεις τους μυς που χρειάζεσαι για να μπορείς να σηκώσεις το βάρος!
Είναι το ίδιο και με τους 'νοητικούς' μυς. Χρειάζεται να τους εξασκώ κάθε μέρα για να τους δυναμώσω (δηλ. μια διαφορετική στάση προς τη ζωή!) και όταν δυναμώσω αρκετά, τότε μπορώ ν' αντιμετωπίσω οποιαδήποτε κατάσταση στη ζωή μου χωρίς να διαλύομαι!
Η Προπόνηση Ζωής σε βοηθά να δυναμώσεις τους 'νοητικούς' μυς σου. Δοκίμασε το!

It's okay to be afraid sometimes


We all 'break' at some points in our life. It is OK!
No matter how strong and Positive we are;
It okay to be sad sometimes.
It's okay to be afraid sometimes.
It's okay to cry or want someone to hold you.
It doesn't mean you are weak.
It just means that you are strong enough to accept;
And embrace all that your Journey brings to you.
It takes great courage to be able to do that.
Time and Love heal all current pain.
Look at the pain as a lesson
Look at the situation as a learning and growing experience
Kiss and hug yourself in abundance, like a mother would a child that is hurting!
